Chow Fan - a light fried rice with vegetables and ham and egg

Boil chopped carrots for 10 minutes.

1  In a bowl, beat beat 2-3 eggs per serving, add a salt and pepper to taste.


2  In a frying pan add a little olive oil and stir fry the eggs.


3  Add cooked carrots, chopped ham and cooked rice.


4  Decide the amount of food that you want to cook and for how many people.


You can put any cooked meat or vegetable that you want. Mix it together and serve.

It is healthy, delicious and easy to cook.
