Seafood - Shrimp and Vegetables

Very nutritious shrimp and vegetables

Recipe:

       A package of shrimp.

       Ginger.

       Use the peppers the were already cooked.

    1.Remove the shrimp skins.
    2.Wash and put a little ginger juice and a little salt and pepper,
      mixing it.
    3.Heat the pot and pour a little olive oil.
    4.Add the shrimp stir fry for 8 minutes.
    5.Add the peppers the were already cooked and stir fry.
    6.Put in the rice, and create the dish.

Chinese Sausage.

Easy chinese sausage and vegetables

Recipe:

    A package of chinese sausage.(You can buy it in the Stop n Shop.)
    1 green pepper, 1 red pepper, 1 yellow pepper.
    Half an onion.
    1. Cut the sausage into one inch segments.
    2.Place in the oven to roast, 1 green pepper, 1 red pepper and 1
        yellow pepper.
    3.Keep them in oven for about 15-20 minutes at 350 degrees.
    4.Green pepper red pepper and yellow pepper cool well,after cooling
        cut them.
    This is dish uses only half the green pepper red pepper and yellow
       peppers that you cook, the other half is placed in the next dish.
    5.Slice the onion.
    6.Heat the pot and pour a little olive oil.
    7.Add the onions and stir fry for 2 minutes.
    8.Then add chinese sausage, stir for about 15 minutes.
    9.Add half of what you had cooked of the green pepper red pepper
      yellow pepper and stir fry.
    10.Put the rice and dish to plate.
