How to cook chicken wings
Recipe:
- 6 chicken wings.
3 tablespoon of soy sauce.
1 tablespoon of honey.
Some scallion and ginger.
1 tablespoon of corn starch.
1. Wash the chicken.
2. Cut 2 rows in each one with a knife,
3 The scallion cut 1 inch long segments
4 Ginger sliced.
5. The pan with 2 cups of water, add scallion and ginger when it is boiling.
6. Then add the wings into the pan and cook for 5 minutes, then set aside.
7. Take a large bowl with 3 tablespoon of soy sauce, 1 tablespoon of honey, 1 tablespoon of corn starch and a little pepper mixed in.
8. Put the wings into the bowl leave for a half hour.
9. Put the oil in the frying pan, let the wings get golden on both sides and take them out.
10. Then put ginger in a little of the oil until it is fragrant.
11. Add 1 cup of water, add soy sauce (which is in the chicken wings sauce), add chicken wings with fire about 5 minutes or until the sauce is hardening up a bit.
