Very easy nutritious dishes.

How to do the beef with vegetables.

Recipe:

    1 pound of beef.
    1 green pepper, 1 red pepper, 1 yellow pepper.
    1. Shred beef first.
    2. Then put the beef into a bowl.
    3. Add 3 tablespoons soy sauce and 2 tablespoons corn starch.
    4. Next 1 tablespoon olive oil mixing it.
    5. Put it in the fridge for 30 minutes.
    6. Placed in the oven to roast: 1 green pepper, 1 red pepper and 1 yellow pepper.
    7. Keep them in oven for about 10 minutes at 200 degrees.
    8. Put 3 cups of water to boiling in the pot.
    9. Put the beef and cook for 1 or 2 minutes, and then pour away the water.
    10. Green pepper red pepper and yellow pepper cool well. After cooling cut them.
