Seafood - Shrimp and Vegetables

Very nutritious shrimp and vegetables

Recipe:

       A package of shrimp.

       Ginger.

       Use the peppers the were already cooked.

    1.Remove the shrimp skins.
    2.Wash and put a little ginger juice and a little salt and pepper,
      mixing it.
    3.Heat the pot and pour a little olive oil.
    4.Add the shrimp stir fry for 8 minutes.
    5.Add the peppers the were already cooked and stir fry.
    6.Put in the rice, and create the dish.

Chinese Sausage.

Easy chinese sausage and vegetables

Recipe:

    A package of chinese sausage.(You can buy it in the Stop n Shop.)
    1 green pepper, 1 red pepper, 1 yellow pepper.
    Half an onion.
    1. Cut the sausage into one inch segments.
    2.Place in the oven to roast, 1 green pepper, 1 red pepper and 1
        yellow pepper.
    3.Keep them in oven for about 15-20 minutes at 350 degrees.
    4.Green pepper red pepper and yellow pepper cool well,after cooling
        cut them.
    This is dish uses only half the green pepper red pepper and yellow
       peppers that you cook, the other half is placed in the next dish.
    5.Slice the onion.
    6.Heat the pot and pour a little olive oil.
    7.Add the onions and stir fry for 2 minutes.
    8.Then add chinese sausage, stir for about 15 minutes.
    9.Add half of what you had cooked of the green pepper red pepper
      yellow pepper and stir fry.
    10.Put the rice and dish to plate.

Very easy nutritious dishes.

How to do the beef with vegetables.

Recipe:

    1 pound of beef.
    1 green pepper, 1 red pepper, 1 yellow pepper.
    1. Shred beef first.
    2. Then put the beef into a bowl.
    3. Add 3 tablespoons soy sauce and 2 tablespoons corn starch.
    4. Next 1 tablespoon olive oil mixing it.
    5. Put it in the fridge for 30 minutes.
    6. Placed in the oven to roast: 1 green pepper, 1 red pepper and 1 yellow pepper.
    7. Keep them in oven for about 10 minutes at 200 degrees.
    8. Put 3 cups of water to boiling in the pot.
    9. Put the beef and cook for 1 or 2 minutes, and then pour away the water.
    10. Green pepper red pepper and yellow pepper cool well. After cooling cut them.
    11. Green peppers red peppers and yellow peppers joined the beef in the pan.
    12. Add 2 tablespoons apple vinegar, a little sugar and 1 tablespoon olive oil mixing it.
    13. Put the dish to plate.

Very easy nutritious chicken

Recipe:

        4 chicken legs or chicken breast.
       3 oz. mushrooms.
       Half a green pepper.
       A piece of garlic, some carrots and ginger.
1. Wash chicken legs, take skin and bones, dice chicken.
2. Then put chicken in bowl, add 3 tablespoon soy sauce and 1 tablespoon corn starch mixing it.
3. Put it in the fridge for 30 minutes.
4. Dice green pepper, sliced carrots and mushrooms.
5. Put olive oil in the pan and put the ginger and garlic.
6. Fry with mushrooms, green peppers and carrots. (about 3 minutes.)
7. Add chicken and stir fry, then cover and simmer for 3 minutes.
8. Make a plate with rice on the bottom and the chicken and veggies mixture on top.

Chicken Wing.

How to cook chicken wings


Recipe:
    6 chicken wings.
    3 tablespoon of soy sauce.
    1 tablespoon of honey.
    Some scallion and ginger.
    1 tablespoon of corn starch.

1. Wash the chicken.
2. Cut 2 rows in each one with a knife,
3  The scallion cut 1 inch long segments
4  Ginger sliced.
5. The pan with 2 cups of water, add scallion and ginger when it is boiling.
6. Then add the wings into the pan and cook for 5 minutes, then set aside.
7. Take a large bowl with 3 tablespoon of soy sauce, 1 tablespoon of honey, 1  tablespoon of corn starch and a little pepper mixed in.
8. Put the wings into the bowl leave for a half hour.
9. Put the oil in the frying pan, let the wings get golden on both sides and take them out.
10. Then put ginger in a little of the oil until it is fragrant.
11. Add 1 cup of water, add soy sauce (which is in the chicken wings sauce), add chicken wings with fire about 5 minutes or until the sauce is hardening up a bit.

    Very soft and delicious beef with vegetable.

    Recipe


    One and half lbs. of soft beef, 3 oz, mushrooms, half of an onion, a little carrots, half of a green peppers, a piece of garlic.

    This menu is for two people.


    1. Put the beef cut into small pieces and placed them in a bowl.

    2.Add 2 tablespoon soy sauce in a bowl, stir and mix it.

    3.Leave it for the next 20 minutes.

    4. Use a piece of garlic, smash it with side of a knife.

    5. Add mushrooms, onions, carrots, green pepper slices.

    6. Put the oil, onions and garlic in the frying pan to fry.

    7.Then put the mushrooms, carrots, green peppers, a little salt and pepper to fry together for about 5 minutes.

    8. Add the beef, beef sauce should not be put in inside, fry 2 minutes after      there is color on beef put soy sauce, stir fry for a very short while.
