Very easy nutritious chicken

Recipe:

        4 chicken legs or chicken breast.
       3 oz. mushrooms.
       Half a green pepper.
       A piece of garlic, some carrots and ginger.
1. Wash chicken legs, take skin and bones, dice chicken.
2. Then put chicken in bowl, add 3 tablespoon soy sauce and 1 tablespoon corn starch mixing it.
3. Put it in the fridge for 30 minutes.
4. Dice green pepper, sliced carrots and mushrooms.
5. Put olive oil in the pan and put the ginger and garlic.
6. Fry with mushrooms, green peppers and carrots. (about 3 minutes.)
7. Add chicken and stir fry, then cover and simmer for 3 minutes.
8. Make a plate with rice on the bottom and the chicken and veggies mixture on top.
